How Acquired: Signed on Feb. 8, 2013

Ruben Bover signed with the Red Bulls on Feb. 8, 2013 after impressing with his technical abilities and hard work ethic during his preseason trial with the team in Sarasota, FL.

Professional:

2013: Debuted and earned his first start with the Red Bulls in the season opener against the Timbers on Mar. 3, tallying 66 minutes before being subbed off in favor of Jonny Steele. In that same match, Bover picked up his first MLS assist on a Jamison Olave goal in the 28th minute.

2010 - 2012: Bover was a member of Halesowen Town from 2010-11, where he scored two goals in 18 appearances. The following season he played for English side Charleton Athletic, before going on loan to Spanish club CD San Roque de Lepe during the 2011-12 season. In his time with the Spanish side, Bover scored one goal in 10 appearances.

Bover is a product of Mallorca’s academy, and signed with the Kidderminster Harriers in 2009.
