Teemu Tainio Advances in Save of the Year Contest

Teemu Tainio's bicycle-kick save advances on to the next stage of voting for Save of the Year

Red Bulls defender Teemu Tainio has advanced on to the round of 16 in MLSsoccer.com's Save of the Year contest.

Tainio's bicycle-kick save against Portland beat out Donovan Ricketts (Los Angeles), Milos Kocic (Toronto FC) and Seattle's Kasey Keller in the first round of voting. Now he will look to do the same yet again in a field that includes two more Kasey Keller saves and a Troy Perkins sprawling stop.

Vote now for Teemu's save! The winner will be announced on Nov. 16.
