2012: After appearing and starting in 10 matches for Chivas USA, Pearce joined ranks with the Red Bulls to pad his MLS resume with an additional 18 appearances and 18 starts. The US-born defender scored his first MLS goal on June 20 late in New York’s match against Vancouver to help the team salvage a point in a 1-1 draw. He later tallied his second MLS goal on Aug 19, a game-winner, in a 3-2 win over Portland.
2011: The California native started in 29 of 30 appearances for Chivas during the 2011 season, logging a career-high 2,581 minutes and contributing three assists.
2010: In his first full MLS season, Pearce started in 27 of 28 appearances, added six assists, and was a crucial part of the FC Dallas back line that helped the side make an appearance in the 2010 MLS Cup Final against the Colorado Rapids.
2009: Signed with FC Dallas in September after a five-year international career with Danish and German sides. In his first abbreviated MLS season, Pearce appeared in six matches, starting in five, and registered one assist.
Pearce played three seasons at the University of Portland.
Pearce spent two and a half seasons with Danish side Nordsjealland from 2004-05, making 75 appearances and scoring two goals.
At the end of the 2007 season, Pearce joined ranks with German side Hansa Rostock, where he remained until joining FC Dallas in 2009.
Pearce debuted for the United States National Team in November 2005 against Scotland. He was a member of the USMNT squad during the 2009 FIFA Confederation Cup and 2009 Gold Cup, and was on the preliminary 30-man squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup.
