Red Bull Salzburg
After finishing last season as the runner up in tipp3- Bundesliga play, Red Bull Salzburg has visions of reaching the top of the league table as they prepare for the 2011-12 season. League play will begin on July 17.

The Red Bulls are also set to partake in UEFA Europa League qualifying play. UEFA play is scheduled to begin on July 1.

In preparation for both UEFA and tipp3-Budesliga play, the Red Bulls have scheduled friendly matches against Alemannia Aachen (June 21), SC Leogang (June 26), FC Pinzgau Saalfelden (June 29), Bayer Leverkusen (July 3), and Olympique Lyon (July 8).

In hopes of improving on last season’s results, Salzburg has acquired striker Alex Rafael and defender Jefferson from Red Bull Brazil. The club hopes both players will be able to play crucial roles in the team’s success during the upcoming season.

The Red Bull Salzburg U-17 group managed to win the 55th edition of the Croix tournament in France. The U-17 Salzburg squad took down Hajduk Split and Sporting Lisbon in the early rounds, before topping FC Lens 3-2 in the championship.

Red Bull Leipzig
As a result of earning a German Cup berth by beating Chemnitzer FC to win the Wernesgrüner Saxony Cup, Red Bull Leipzig is set to host Bundesliga Club VfL Wolfsburg on July 30 in a first round matchup.

VFL Wolfsburg is one of Budesliga’s premier clubs, which makes the matchup one of the most important in Red Bull Leipzig’s club history. Wolfsburg’s roster is headlined by two Brazilians, striker Grafite and midfielder Diego. Grafite was the 2008-09 Bundesliga player of the year. 

Red Bull Brasil
In preparation for Copa Paulista play beginning on July 17, Red Bull Brasil has scheduled five friendly matches. The club’s first friendly will take place Saturday, June 18 against Ponte Preta. Red Bull Brasil will also take on Guarani (June 25), Juventus (June 29), Paulista (July 2) and Audax (July 9) before beginning league play.

If the Red Bulls can finish atop the Copa Paulista table, they will be guaranteed a spot in the Copa de Brasil for the 2012 season.

Both Red Bull U-17 and U-15 had successful weekends, as they each managed to top Atibaia in the 10th round of Campeonato Paulista play. The U-17 squad walked away with a decisive 5-0 victory, well the U-15 team managed to win by a count of 2-0. Next weekend, both the U-17 and U-15 Red Bull squads will hit the road to take on Juventus. 

Red Bull Ghana
The club’s season has ended and the team is in the offseason.

Red Bull Ghana’s youth teams took on the Right to Dream Academy. It was considered a revenge matchup for the Red Bulls, as Right to Dream U-15’s had topped the Red Bull U-14’s by a score of 6-0 last time they met.

This time around, the Red Bull U-15’s managed to emerge victorious, with a 1-0 win. The Red Bull U-17’s also held their own, earning a 0-0 draw. Only the Red Bull U-13’s failed to walk away without a point, falling 0-1 to the Right to Dream Academy.
