Red Bulls to host Legends Game at Harrison Soccer Courts on Monday, July 25

HARRISON, NJ – As part of Major League Soccer’s All-Star Game festivities, the Red Bulls will be hosting a Legends Game at the historic Harrison Soccer Courts in Harrison, NJ.

The Legends side, boasting all-time greats such as Tab Ramos, Tony Meola and John Harkes, will be taking on a selection of some of the best high school soccer players from the Harrison area. The match will take place on Monday, July 25 at 8:00 PM ET.

The historic Harrison Soccer Courts are a renowned soccer ground that was recently renovated in a joint effort by Hudson County, the Town of Harrison and the New York Red Bulls. On April 21, the club and town reopened the courts during a ribbon cutting ceremony, showing off the brand new FieldTurf pitch and continuing the great tradition of soccer that the Courts have provided.

Members of the Legends team Ramos, Meola and Harkes all played on the hallowed grounds in their younger years, and on Monday they’ll be sharing the pitch with the area’s best young talent, linking the past to the present. Other members of the Legends team include: Mike Petke, Giovanni Savarese, Shep Messing, Cris Da Silva, Clint Mathis, Seth Stammler and Alexi Lalas.

The Harrison Soccer Courts are located at the corner of Frank E. Rodgers Boulevard and Jersey Street in Harrison, NJ.
