Thierry Henry Scores his Tenth of the Season to Give NY a 1-0 Lead

Thierry Henry broke the scoreless tie at Red Bull Arena Wednesday afternoon with this goal in the 71st minute. The tally marks his 10th of the season and first goal since Apr. 28 when he scored the lone goal in New York's 1-0 win over New England. He later left that match with a hamstring injury that kept him out of the lineup for nearly six weeks. At the time of the goal, Henry moved into a three-way tie with Houston's Will Bruin and Real Salt Lake's Alvaro Saborio for fourth place on the MLS leading scorers list.
