AT&T Goal of the Week: Week 29

You knew it when you saw it, but MLSsoccer.com just confirmed: Red Bulls forward Fabian Espindola has been nominated for the MLS Goal of the Week.

Espindola's eighth of the year came during the 80th minute of play in Saturday's 2-0 win over Toronto FC, after he tracked down a loose ball and sent a header into the penalty area. Or at least, that's what it looked like.

From eight yards out, Espindola's header was sent to the far post, a wide-open gap that found the netting and put the Red Bulls up 2-0. It will likely be a long, long time before you see another one score liked this. It is, without a doubt, one of the week's top contenders for Goal of the Week.

Now it's up to you to spread the word and make sure Fabian takes home the Goal of the Week title. Cast your votes to the left, 'LIKE' this on Facebook, and make sure you spread the word on Twitter.

Vote online or text goal code to 22442.
Voting runs until 11:59 pm PT on Thursdays. For complete coverage of the AT&T MLS Goal of the Week — including an archive of all of this season's winners — click here.
