The New York Red Bulls will be hosting a blanket drive to benefit the homeless youth served by the Covenant House before the Red Bulls-Colorado Rapids home opener on March 15.  After an incredibly cold winter, the Covenant House is in need of new, unused blankets.  If you’re a kid used to sleeping on park benches or under bridges, brand new warm blankets seem like incredible luxuries ... and you can help provide them. Thanks to your help, the kids say that Covenant House isn't a shelter – it’s a home.

TICKETS: Be there for the Red Bulls' home opener against the Colorado Rapids on March 15

Covenant House is the largest privately-funded agency in New Jersey that provides food, shelter, immediate crisis care, and an array of other important services to homeless youth between the ages of 18-21. Covenant House serves 71,000 homeless kids in the United States, Canada and Latin America, giving them the love and support they need to find their way off of the streets.  In New Jersey, they provide 141 beds each night, and services to more than 2,000 youth each year.  Collection bins will be set up in front of Gates A & B prior to the match.
