Coming off an important 1-0 win over the Houston Dynamo at Red Bull Arena last Saturday, the Red Bulls continue its three-game homestand and push for the playoffs when the club welcomes U.S. National Team star Michael Bradley and Toronto FC on Saturday night at 7:00 PM (TV: Univision Deportes, MLS Direct Kick, MLSSoccer.com; MSG - at 10:30 PM).

The Red Bulls are currently alone in fourth place in the Eastern Conference with a 11-9-11 record and 44 points while Toronto sits just outside the playoff picture in sixth place with a 11-12-7 record and 40 points. New York and Toronto have met twice already this season. The Reds earned a 2-0 win at BMO Field on May 17 before the teams played to a 2-2 draw at Red Bull Arena on June 27. Toronto FC plays on Wednesday against the Houston Dynamo at home before facing New York.



Red Bulls forward Bradley Wright-Phillips still leads the MLS Golden Boot race with 24 goals and is just three shy of the single season record with three games left.

The New York Red Bulls announced their match this Saturday against Toronto FC at 7:00 PM at Red Bull Arena will broadcast nationally live on Univision Deportes. MSG Networks will also carry the game as originally scheduled, but will air the match in its entirety starting at 10:30 PM. Thierry Henry scored his 10th goal of the season, and third game-winning goal, against Houston last Saturday in a 1-0 win at Red Bull Arena. With the win, the Red Bulls remained unbeaten at home in its last nine games at Red Bull Arena (7-0-2).


Henry has scored two goals and added two assists over his last five matches and with his game-winning goal against Houston, the Red Bulls improved to 21-0-7 over the clubs last 28 games in which Henry has scored.

Despite not finding the back of the net against the Houston Dynamo last Saturday, Bradley Wright-Phillips remained atop of the MLS Golden Boot Race with three weeks remaining in the 2014 MLS regular season.



It was the first time Wright-Phillips went two straight games without scoring since April.
