Four Red Bulls U-18 Academy products named to 2014 NSCAA 2014 Youth All-American Team

CHICAGO (December 5, 2014) – Four members of the New York Red Bulls Under-18 academy side have been named to the 2014 National Soccer Coaches Association of America 2014 Youth All-American Team, as announced by the NSCAA last week.


Red Bulls academy standouts Malcolm Dixon (Glen Ridge, N.J.), Kyle Duncan (Brooklyn, N.Y.), Derrick Etienne (Patterson, N.J.) and Henry Martin (New York, N.Y.). This is the second All-American selection for Dixon.

The four have helped lead the team to an impressive showing this Fall. The U-18s finished with a 9-1-3 record, with the only loss coming in the final game of the season, a 3-2 defeat at the hands of the Houston Dynamo academy as the U.S. Development Academy showcase tournament. The U-18 team is ranked third in the nation for their age group in the latest Top Drawer Soccer rankings.

All-Americans and their accomplishments will be celebrated and recognized at the NSCAA All-America Luncheon held during the 2015 NSCAA Convention in Philadelphia on Saturday, January 17.
