HARRISON, N.J. (May 2, 2015) – New York Red Bulls II defender Tyler Adams and New York Red Bulls Academy player Matt Olosunde are set to join a 20-man roster for a U.S. Under-17 domestic camp, as announced today by U.S. Soccer. Adams and Olosunde won’t have far to go, as the New York Red Bulls Training Facility in East Hanover, N.J. will host the camp.

Adams and Olosunde have both appeared for the U.S. Youth National Teams in the past, and both spent time in the U.S. U-17 residency program based in Bradenton, Florida.

Adams, a native of Wappingers Falls, N.Y., has been involved in Red Bulls youth training programs since the age of 10. After spending time in the residency program, he signed a USL contract with New York Red Bulls II in early March. Adams returned to training with NYRB II this week after missing time with injury, and will train with John Wolyniec's squad on Saturday before joining the U.S. camp.

Olosunde, a defender from Trenton, N.J., has been a part of U.S. teams since first being called up as a U-14. Olosunde, along with Adams, most recently represented the U.S. at the CONCACAF U-17 Championships in Honduras in February. The squad secured a spot in the upcoming U-17 FIFA World Cup by beating Jamaica in a play-off game to end the tournament.

The camp, which runs from May 2 to May 11, marks the first time head coach Richie Williams has gathered the team since the CONCACAF Championships. The U-17 World Cup will take place in October and November in Chile.
