NEW YORK RED BULLS vs. MONTREAL IMPACT
RED BULL ARENA, Harrison, N.J.
October 7, 2015 (WEEK 32, MLS Game #318)
7:30 p.m. ET (MLS LIVE)

  • Bradley Wright-Phillips scored his 15th goal of the season – now in a tie for sixth in the MLS Golden Boot standings – as the Red Bulls maintained their lead atop the Eastern Conference and pulled into a tie in the Supporters’ Shield standings with a 2-1 win against Columbus Crew SC on Saturday.
  • The Impact had their three-game winning streak put to an end, dropping a 2-1 decision at Orlando City SC on Saturday evening, which left the teams just a single point apart at the red line and sixth place in the Eastern Conference.
  • The teams are meeting for the second time this season. The Impact’s Dominic Oduro and the Red Bulls’ Lloyd Sam scored on either side of halftime as the teams reached a 1-1 draw Aug. 5 at Stade Saputo.
  • The Red Bulls have a five-game undefeated streak alive vs. the Impact, with three wins in that time. The last Montréal win in the series was a 1-0 win at Stade Saputo in the first meeting in 2013.
  • The Red Bulls have won all four league meetings lifetime at Red Bull Arena, though the teams reached a 1-1 draw in CONCACAF Champions League group play last year in Harrison. The Red Bulls have come away with points on three of their four trips to Montréal all-time.
