HARRISON, N.J. (June 6, 2025) – New York Red Bulls II midfielder Ibrahim Kasule becomes club’s All-Time Leading Goal Scorer.
Kasule made history in his last appearance against Crown Legacy FC on June 4. In the match, he recorded his first career hat trick and scored his 25th, 26th and 27th career league goals with the club. The Buikwe, Uganda native surpassed Brandon Allen’s previous record of 25 career league goals.
The midfielder joined the club in March 30, 2023, and has made 63 career appearances. In his first season in 2023, he scored 15 goals, including seven goals in seven straight matches from June 6 to July 31 which is the longest goalscoring streak in club history. This feat earned him MLS NEXT Pro Player of the Month for July. He capped off his debut season with MLS NEXT Pro Best XI honors.
The awards kept on coming, with the midfielder winning MLS NEXT Pro Player of the Month for March 2024, and MLS NEXT Pro Goal of Matchweek 4 this season.
