New York sits in third in the Eastern Conference after suffering a 4-0 loss against Chattanooga FC at Finley Stadium. In the match, three Academy products made their MLS NEXT Pro debuts: defender Ian Paola and midfielders Troi Panniel and Bradley Castro.
New England is in fifth place in the Eastern Conference, going unbeaten in their last six matches. They were last in action on June 7 at FC Cincinnati 2 where the visitors pulled away with a 1-0 win.
The two sides faced off earlier this season. On April 12, goals from forward Roald Mitchell and midfielder Andy Rojas were enough the secure three points away from home in a 2-1 victory.
Through nine all-time matches, New York have posted a 5-3-1 all time regular season record against the Revolution.
