HARRISON, N.J. (February 21, 2026) – Red Bull New York II have acquired Colombian defender Erick Londoño on a one-year loan from Orsomarso SC through the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season pending visa and registration approval, the club announced today.
“Erick is a talented young defender who already has a strong professional experience from his time in Colombia.” Head Coach Dominik Wohlert said, “we are looking forward to having Erick on our roster and are excited to get him started with the club this season.”
The 18-year-old center back has made 19 appearances for Orsomarso SC in the second tier of Colombian soccer Torneo Di Mayor. He is the second-youngest defender in club history to make their debut at 17 years and 339 days old, subbing in the 76th minute of a 1-0 victory over CBJ Cali on April 23, 2025.
The Cali, Colombia native also made four starts in the 2025 Copa Colombia, making his first start against Envigado on May 30, 2025.
Londoño previously appeared for Orsomarso SC’s U-20s.
