Mobile Ticketing FAQ

 Why are the New York Red Bulls moving to mobile tickets?

A mobile ticket is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive and manage tickets while increasing protection against fraud. You’re probably already using your smartphone to attend movies or when you travel, so why not for live events? It’s our effort to make your New York Red Bulls experience the very best. Mobile tickets provide:

  1. Quick and easy entry to Red Bull Arena using your mobile phone or smart device
  2. Instant access to all your Red Membership tickets through the Official New York Red Bulls App
  3. The ability to manage, send, donate or sell your tickets at any time
  4. Reduced risk of lost, stolen, counterfeit or forgotten tickets
  5. An easy way to go green by printing less paper
 How much does the app cost?

The app and mobile ticketing are FREE. There are no costs associated with managing your tickets via the Official New York Red Bulls App or using Account Manager on your smartphone, including accessing tickets for mobile entry, forwarding tickets, donating, or selling tickets online.

 Do I need to create an account after downloading the App?

Yes. It is recommended that you create an App account or connect through Facebook and then attach your Red Bulls ticketing account to your App account. Select “SIGN UP” and follow the instructions to make your New York Red Bulls App account!

 How do I connect my App account to me Red Bulls ticket account?

Whether you are accessing “Red Member Card” or “Manage My Tickets” on the App, use the same email address and password that you used to log in to Members+ or your online Account Manager. You can also manage your tickets through your online Account Manager using the same log-in info.

 How do I access my tickets on my smartphone?

Download the Official New York Red Bulls App from the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.

For Red Members, Select “Red Member Card” to access your Red Membership tickets. Tickets for CCL, international matches, or additional tickets for Red Bulls matches will be available by selecting “Manage My Tickets.” When you get to Red Bull Arena, present your smartphone to the ticket taker to have your Member Card/ticket scanned. If you have guests and multiple tickets on your phone, swipe to navigate between them.

For non-Red Members, you can access your tickets by selecting “Manage My Tickets."

 Will the digital Red Member Card unlock the same benefits as the previous physical Red Member Card did?

Yes. You can access the following benefits by using your digital Red Member Card

  • Scan QR code at entry to receive Members+ points for attending the match
  • Use Member Card cash by scanning the QR code at concession stands or the Bullshop
  • Show digital Red Member Card to unlock 25% Bullshop discount
  • Scan QR code on digital Red Member Card to be granted Bulls’ Corner access (if eligible)
  • Where can I access additional tickets I purchase?

The process is the same as it was with the physical Red Member Card. If you purchase additional tickets or trade for extra tickets for a match, these seats will NOT be on your digital Red Member Card.  You can access these tickets thru “Manage My Tickets”.

 Where can I view my balance and use eCash?

Your eCash balance for each digital Member Card can be viewed by selecting “Red Member Card”. If you have multiple Red Memberships, toggle between your cards to view each eCash balance.

 Where do I go to transfer, donate or re-sell my tickets?

Visit the “Manage My Tickets” tile on the New York Red Bulls app to access these functions.

 How do I send/forward a ticket to someone?

It’s easy! Once logged in, do the following:

  1. Select Manage My Tickets, then choose your event and hit Send
  2. Select the tickets you’d like to send, then hit 'Send Tickets’
  3. The person you send the tickets to will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to claim their ticket(s).
 Where do I access my parking pass? (Managers Box and Club Seat Holders only)

Your digital parking pass card for the season is able to be viewed by selecting “My Parking.” If you want transfer your parking pass to someone, you can do that through “Manage My Tickets” and follow the same process as you would transferring a ticket.

 Can I print my tickets from home?

No. This year, all tickets are fully mobile and only accessible via your mobile device. Your phone is your ticket.

 What happens if my ticket doesn’t scan properly?

That can usually be solved by turning your screen brightness to the highest setting. If that doesn’t work, your ticket can be validated by having the ticket taker manually enter your ticket number directly into the scanner or by visiting the Box Office.

 What if I lose connectivity/can’t connect to my account at Red Bull Arena?

For individual matches tickets, we recommend downloading your tickets at least 24 hours before the event to your phone. If you have an iPhone, you can store your tickets in your Apple Wallet. If you’re an Android user, you can save your tickets to your phone through Google Pay (formerly known as Android Pay).

 What if my phone breaks, dies, or is lost/stolen before I arrive?

Simply come to the Box Office, present your ID and we’ll print your tickets for you.  If you are already inside the Arena, stop by the Guest Services window, located just inside Gate B.

 Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes; however, you can send each attendee their individual ticket as well.

 What if my entire party isn’t with me when I’m ready to enter?

You can easily send each member their ticket individually since each person entering will need a ticket to get in.

 Can multiple phones access the same account at one time thru the App?

Yes. If all your tickets are on the same account, each member of your party can access that account at the same time. Please be sure each member of your group knows what ticket they are entering with to avoid issues at the gates.

 Does the person I send the tickets to need a Ticketmaster account?

Yes. If they don’t have one already, they will be prompted to create one in the acceptance process.

 What if I forward tickets to the wrong person, can I recall the tickets?

Yes, you can reclaim tickets as long as they haven’t been accepted by the recipient.

 Can ticket holders transfer tickets after the event has started?

Yes; however, you cannot sell tickets after the event has begun.

 How do I sell a ticket?

Selling a ticket is similar to sending a ticket, with a few additonal steps:

  1. Select Manage My Ticket(s), then choose your event and tap Sell (Note: not all tickets are eligible for resale)
  2. Select the tickets you want to sell and enter your asking price
  3. Choose your payout method
  4. Hit Sell Tickets and you’re done!
 What is Account Manager?

Account Manager gives you the ability to manage your tickets whether you want to view, send, resell or donate your tickets to charity if you are unable to access to the New York Red Bulls App.

 How do I pay invoices?

To pay your invoice, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Invoice
  2. Select Payment Options
  3. Enter your information
  4. Confirm payment amount
  5. Click Continue
 What should I do if I forget my password or get locked out of my account?

If you forget your password, select FORGOT PASSWORD on the log-in screen. If you are locked out of your account, please contact us at 1.877.727.6223 or fanservices@newyorkredbulls.com.
