His playing time was minimal up until the end of the 2011 season, when D.C. and Barklage parted ways, leading him to sign with the Red Bulls for the 2012 season. In his first match as a Red Bull against his former team, Barklage netted his first-career MLS goal before added a second in a 3-2 win over D.C. on June 24, 2012. Barklage has always said he circles matches against D.C. United on his calendar, and this weekend’s tilt is no exception. |

Registered an assist in his first appearance as a Red Bull, subbing on at the half in New York’s 1-1 draw against the Houston Dynamo on Apr. 2. In his second match with D.C. United, a match against New York at Red Bull Arena, De Rosario scored his first goal in a D.C. jersey in his new side’s 1-0 win. He later scored his 100th career goal against the Red Bulls on Aug. 29, 2012 in a 2-2 draw at RFK Stadium. |
