Tyler Adams and Matthew Olosunde are two of 38 players called in for U-17 Men’s National Team camp in preparation for tournaments in August in Denmark and Mexico. The camp will take place from July 5 – 12 at U.S. Soccer’s National Training Center in Carson, California.

The roster is primarily composed of players born in 1998, like Olosunde, but Adams’ work with the U-15 team earned him a call. He joins five other players born in 1999 as the youngest participants in camp.

The camp of 38 players will help head coach Richie Williams and his staff put together rosters for two upcoming international tournaments set to run from the end of July into August. The 2014 Nordic Open Cup Tournament in Kolding, Denmark runs from July 24 – August 3.

The second tournament, the Copa de Mexico in Mexico City, kicks off on July 30 and ends on August 11. While in camp, the players will participate in matches against Orange County Blue Stars, Club Tijuana’s U-18 team and LA Galaxy Academy’s U-17/18 teams.
