After two home wins in a span of six days, the New York Red Bulls are in Orlando on Friday night for a second meeting in three weeks with Orlando City SC. New York will look to continue its ascent of the Eastern Conference standings against an Orlando City side that is undefeated at home this season.
Two weeks ago, the Red Bulls defeated Orlando City, 3-2 at Red Bull Arena, to snap a four-game losing streak. A goal from Mike Grella erased an early deficit, while Bradley Wright-Phillips finished off the Lions with his first two goals of the season.
Last weekend, New York continued its winning ways with a 4-0 win over league-leaders FC Dallas. Grella scored again, along with Felipe, Sacha Kljestan and Lloyd Sam.
