New York Red Bulls II Round Out Road Trip in Ottawa

HARRISON, N.J. (May 1, 2018) - New York Red Bulls II (3-1-3, 12 points) round out their three-game road trip in Ottawa, Canada facing off against Ottawa Fury FC (0-4-1, 1 point) at TD Place Wednesday morning. Kickoff is set for 10:30 a.m. ET and can be seen live on ESPN+.

NYRB II enter Wednesday’s match on a five-game unbeaten streak placing them third in the Eastern Conference standings.

Goalkeeper Evan Louro, who sits second in the leagues in saves with 22, has recorded two clean sheets during New York’s unbeaten run.

Despite failing to record a goal for the first time this year on Saturday in Toronto, New York continues to possess the most potent attack in the USL leading in goals scored (15) and shots taken (116).

Ottawa is coming off a 3-0 defeat at home to FC Cincinnati and has only recorded a single point at home in three matches played at TD Place.

New York dropped the season series to Ottawa in 2017 going 0-1-2 in their first year in the USL.

A quick turnaround comes following Wednesday’s match with NYRB II returning home to Red Bull Arena Sunday against league-newcomer, Nashville SC with kickoff set for 1 p.m. ET.
