New York Red Bulls II Visit Bethlehem Steel FC in Midweek Tilt

HARRISON, N.J. (May 14, 2018) - New York Red Bulls II (3-1-5, 14 points) return to action Wednesday against Bethlehem Steel FC (2-4-2, 8 points) at Goodman Stadium on the campus of Lehigh University. Kickoff is set for 5 p.m. ET and can be seen live on ESPN+.

Riding a seven-game unbeaten streak heading into Wednesday, NYRB II sit in sixth place in the Eastern Conference standings and will look to grab their first victory against Bethlehem since 2016, going 0-2-0 against them in 2017, losing both matchups by a 2-0 scoreline.

Head Coach John Wolyniec will return to the touchline after missing New York - Nashville matchup due to the birth of his second child.

Despite last playing 10 days ago, New York sits second in the league in shots taken (149).

Bethlehem enters Wednesday sitting in 13th place in the Eastern Conference standings but have not lost in their previous three home matches.

Following Wednesday’s match, NYRB II will again face another ten-day break before welcoming Indy Eleven to Red Bull Arena on May 27.
