INSIDE THE 18: New York Red Bulls Welcome Back Luis Robles

After an impressive Open Cup match win over New York City FC on Wednesday night, which saw the New York Red Bulls score four goals for the second straight match against their cross-town rival, they will look to build off that performance, as they face off against  another top Eastern Conference opponent in Columbus Crew SC, on Saturday night at Mapfre Stadium

This time around, head coach Jesse Marsch will have a familiar face manning the goal, as Luis Robles makes his return, after missing the last four matches with a knee injury.

After scoring two goals in Wednesday's Open Cup match, Danny Royer will start alongside Bradley Wright-Phillips, who returns to the Starting XI, after sitting out the previous match against NYCFC.

Five players will be missing tonight's match on international duty. Tim Parker and Tyler Adams are with the U.S. Men's National Team. Kaku is still training with the Paraguayan National Team, but should return for the June 13 match against the Seattle Sounders. Fidel Escobar and Michael Amir Murillo are also away with Panama ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

After a successful debut, Hassan Ndam will make his second straight start, and will be with Kemar Lawrence and Aaron Long on the defense.

Connor Lade and Florian Valot both return to the starting squad, after coming in as subs in the teams' last match against NYCFC.

Vincent Bezecourt, Sean Davis and Alex Muyl will be on the pitch for the starting whistle, too.

Ryan Meara returns to the bench as the backup goalkeeper, after filling in for Robles the last three matches. The Red Bulls will also have Stefano Bonomo, Derrick Etienne, Jr., Evan Kutler, Ben Mines, Carlos Rivas and Marc Rzatkowski available as subs.

The Red Bulls and Columbus Crew SC kick off at 5 p.m. on ESPN, ESPN Deportes, ESPN+, as well as on New York Red Bulls Radio.
