Here are some numbers to know ahead of Wednesday’s matchup:

3: Red Bulls midfielder Sacha Kljestan had three penalty kick goals and three assists in three meetings with Chicago last season. In 2016, Kljestan has two goals, and a league-leading six assists.


6: Six different players have scored a goal for the Red Bulls so far this season. The front four of Bradley Wright-Phillips, Lloyd Sam, Mike Grella and Sacha Kljestan have been heavily involved in the club’s success, scoring a combined nine goals and 11 assists.


7: New York has hosted Chicago seven times since Red Bull Arena opened in 2010. The Red Bulls are 4-2-1 against the Fire at Red Bull Arena, and 11-11-3 all-time at home.


8: New York has scored eight goals in the last 30 minutes of games this season, tied for third-most in the league with LA behind only Portland and Vancouver, who have


118: With a start Wednesday, Luis Robles will tie Chris Klein’s MLS record of 118 consecutive league games started. Robles recently surpassed Kevin Hartman’s iron man streak, and is the all-time leader in complete consecutive games played. Klein started the most consecutive games in league history, but did not play a full 90 minutes in all 118 contests.


200: Red Bulls head coach Jesse Marsch played 200 regular season games for the Chicago Fire, sixth-most in club history. Assistant coach Chris Armas played 214 career games, fourth-most all-time. The pair had a great deal of success in Chicago, winning MLS Cup in 1998, the Supporters’ Shield in 2003, and the U.S. Open Cup in 1998, 2000 and 2003. Denis Hamlett served as an assistant coach with those Fire teams as well.
