Red Bulls II heads into Sunday looking to continue their momentum after an emotional come-from-behind victory over Rochester Rhinos. The matchup against Louisville will be a battle between teams that were both knocked out by Rochester last season. Louisville hasn’t earned a point against New York to date, so they will be looking for their first ever result against Red Bulls II.

Red Bulls II is led by leading regular season and playoff goal scorer Brandon Allen, who had 15 goals in the regular season and three goals so far in the playoffs. Florian Valot leads NYRB II with seven assists on the season. In goal, Ryan Meara leads the way with just 19 goals allowed through 23 games played.

Red Bulls II has now extended its unbeaten streak to 12 games and has won six consecutive games at Red Bull Arena.

Louisville will be a worthy opponent, as they are unbeaten in seven games, with six wins and one draw leading into Sunday’s match. Louisville City FC is the only team that hasn’t given up a goal through two playoff games.

Jon Chandler Hoffman has led the attack with 14 regular season goals, while Kyle Smith recorded six assists. Goalkeeper Gregory Ranjitsingh has been stingy in goal, allowing only 19 goals in 26 games played. Kadeem Dacres is another name to watch, as he has recorded the most shots (12) so far these playoffs.
