Collin: 'Of Course' I Want To Be Back

Aurelien Collin is not under contract for next season, but would love to return to the New York Red Bulls next season.

"Of course," Collin said, when asked if he would like to be back next year, during Thursday's year-end media day.

New York sent a conditional 4th-round pick in 2017 SuperDraft to Orlando City for Collin in late April. It was one of the best moves of the year, according to MLSSoccer.com.

Collin's contract is up at the end of the season.

In 23 games (21 starts) for New York, Collin logged 1,932 minutes with two assists and three shots on goal. Collin started in MLS in 2011 with Sporting Kansas City, is a two-time All-Star and finalist for Defender of the Year in 2012.

As for his future...

"This is something that only God knows," he said.
