October 7, 2017: Red Bulls U13ās (2) vs. Arlington Soccer Association (1)
The U13ās added another notch to their belt this 2017 season, as they remain unbeaten in league play with a 2-1 win over Arlington SA. The noon kickoff saw New York knocking on the door, as forward Luciano Sanchez put in great work up top. The forward was making fantastic runs, but could not manage to stay onside early on. An unfortunate scene in the 20th minute, as Curtis Ofori was subbed off after going down on the turf. Substitute Alex Kozdron would come in and look to make an immediate impact. New York found a break through just minutes later in the 27th, as Gabriel Ruitenberg assisted Luciano Sanchez to make it 1-0. With Arlington backpedaling, the U13ās were able to grab another quick goal, when Luka Ohadike played Kyle Evans across the face of goal, and slotted home in the 28th minute to double the lead. Headed into halftime, the U13ās had a great team talk with First Team Assistant Coach Chris Armas, who was on hand for the day assisting with the team both pregame and during the match. The second half saw more of the same, as New York continued to get opportunities, but could not finish. They nearly held on for the shutout, but Arlington was able to put one on the board in the 70th minute. The 13ās look to continue this run of form on October 21, as they host DC United.

October 7, 2017: Red Bulls U14ās (9) vs. Arlington Soccer Association (0)
The U14ās were able to put nine goals passed the Arlington keeper on the day, vastly improving on their finishing from the week previous against PA Classics. In similar fashion, the 14ās were dominant in possession, as the opposition were unable to keep up with the pace of play and hold onto the ball. The scoring was started within the first minute, with an own goal by Arlington that came from a Jacob Lee ball in. Simone Adjakple netted the second in the 6th minute, assisted by Oscar Bowring. Oscar then added his name in the scoring column, as he finished a pass from Nico Beninda, putting NYRB up 3-0 after just 14 minutes. The first half onslaught would not end here, as Jacob Lee, Jack Krongold, and Justin Chimborazoās two goals would finish out the scoring in the first half. New York would ease off the gas in the second, with Nico Beninda scoring in the 57th minute and John Carlos Cortez in the 80th to end the game. With this win, the U14ās move to 5-0-1 on the season, and look to remain undefeated against DC United on October 21.
