INSIDE THE 18: Red Bulls Shake Up Lineup for U.S. Open Cup

Inside the 18

The New York Red Bulls made five changes to their Starting XI from their previous match against Montreal Impact.

Tyler Adams will make his first start since returning from the U-20 FIFA World Cup. Aurelien Collin will also be making his long awaited return to the lineup after missing the past seven games due to injury.

Goalkeeper Ryan Meara will see his first action of the season tonight, while Sal Zizzo and Alex Muyl return to the list of starters.

Felipe, Mike Grella, Sacha Kljestan, Aaron Long, Damien Perrinelle and Bradley Wright-Phillips are the six returners from last week’s starters.

Chris Armas will make his head-coaching debut as Jesse Marsch serves a one-game suspension after being sent off in last year’s edition of the U.S. Open Cup.

Luis Robles, Hassan Ndam, Daniel Royer, Derrick Etienne, Jr., Arun Basuljevic, Sean Davis and Gonzalo Veron round out the 18 as substitutes.
