INSIDE THE 18: Edelman Makes Third Straight Start in Midfield

The New York Red Bulls are ready to host Inter Miami CF on Saturday evening at Red Bull Arena.

Daniel Edelman will get the nod to start in the midfield for the third straight match, and fourth MLS start, alongside Dru Yearwood.

New York will see Patryk Klimala, Lewis Morgan and Cristian Cásseres Jr. lead the attack.

Morgan will play against his former team for the second time this season. Morgan has scored 14 goals across all competitions for New York this season, which leads the club. The Scottish winger has recorded 11 MLS goals, which ranks tied for 12th in MLS and third among active MLS midfielders. Morgan has scored a goal in six of his last nine matches at Red Bull Arena.

John Tolkin and Kyle Duncan start at wingback, with Aaron Long, Sean Nealis and Andrés Reyes along the backline.

Carlos Coronel starts in goal.

Dylan Nealis, Cameron Harper, Steven Sserwadda, Omir Fernandez, Caden Clark, Wiki Carmona, Tom Barlow and Elias Manoel are available off the bench. Manoel makes his first matchday roster since joining the team. Ryan Meara serve as backup goalkeeper.

Luquinhas and Frankie Amaya will be kept off the matchday roster due to a recent knock.
