The New York Red Bulls will see Andrés Reyes return to the Starting XI on Wednesday night at Red Bull Arena.
Reyes is back in the lineup for the first time since June 27. The Colombian is joined on the back line by Sean Nealis and Amro Tarek.
This will be the 36th regular season meeting between New York and Columbus at Red Bull Arena with the Red Bulls holding the advantage with an 18-12-5 mark.
Kyle Duncan and Andrew Gutman will work the outside channels as outside backs, while John Tolkin, Sean Davis and Wiki Carmona control the midfield.
Davis is only 74 minutes of action from passing Tony Meola for seventh all-time in MLS regular-season minutes played in franchise history.
Patryk Klimala and Fábio start up top.
Klimala converted his second penalty of the season against CF Montreal on Saturday and is now tied for the team lead in goals scored with four.
Carlos Coronel starts in goal.
Coronel has recorded four shutouts at home this season, which ranks tied for second in MLS.
New York will have eight players available off the bench, including Ryan Meara, who will serve as backup goalkeeper. Frankie Amaya, Tom Barlow, Caden Clark, Manny Egbo, Omir Fernandez, Jason Pendant and Danny Royer are available as subs.
Cristian Cásseres Jr. will miss the match due to a chronic hamstring injury, while Dru Yearwood is being held out as a coaches' decision. Cameron Harper and Youba Diarra remain out with injuries.
