InsideThe18_16x9

The New York Red Bulls welcome Inter Miami CF to Red Bull Arena on Saturday evening.

New York’s defense will look to keep the Herons contained, with John Tolkin, Sean Nealis, Andrés Reyes and Cameron Harper starting along the back line.

The Red Bulls defense has only surrendered 62 shots on target in 24 matches this season, which is the lowest in MLS this year.

Carlos Coronel starts in goal for New York.

Coronel recorded his sixth MLS clean sheet of the season and his eighth across all competitions after New York defeated D.C. United, 1-0, on August 20. Coronel has now recorded 27 MLS clean sheets with the Red Bulls, which ranks second in franchise history only behind Luis Robles.

Daniel Edelman and Frankie Amaya lock down the central midfield, with Omir Fernandez, Luquinhas and Dru Yearwood pushing the attack. Elias Manoel starts up top for RBNY.

This will be the eighth overall regular season meeting between New York and Miami, with the Red Bulls holding the advantage in the series with a 5-2-0 mark.

Head Coach Troy Lesesne will have new signing Jorge Cabezas Hurtado available, as well as Tom Barlow, Cory Burke, Wiki Carmona, Peter Stroud, Hassan Ndam, Matt Nocita and Omar Valencia. Ryan Meara will be the backup goalkeeper.

Kyle Duncan is suspended due to yellow card accumulation, while Dante Vanzeir is sidelined, along with Lewis Morgan, Serge Ngoma and Steven Sserwadda.
