Road Warriors Revival

After a historic start to the season on the road, New York hit a rough patch away from home. Now, the Red Bulls are back to their road warrior ways, going undefeated streak in their last four MLS road matches.

Despite Atlanta currently sitting in 13th place in the Eastern Conference, they have an impressive 6-2-4 record at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

In order to get back their late season push back on track, the road warriors will have to make another appearance in Atlanta.

On Target

In those two matches against D.C. United and Orlando City, New York had 28 total shots, but only two of them were on target.

Against an Atlanta goalkeeper in Rocco Ríos Novo that has allowed 16 goals in 11 appearances, making him defend shots on target will be key to breaking this two match scoreless streak.

Lewis and Luqui

Lewis Morgan and Luquinhas have been two key cogs in the Red Bulls’ offense. They are the two leading goal scorers, combining for 15 so far this season.

For the Red Bulls to get back on the scoreboard after two scoreless matches, Luquinhas or Lewis Morgan will probably have something to do with it.
