The New York Red Bulls (2-0-1, 7 pts.) will travel to Lower.com Field on Saturday, March 16 to battle the defending MLS Cup champions Columbus Crew (2-0-1, 7 pts.).

Here are the Keys to the Game, presented by Toyota:

Defending Champs

The Red Bulls have a big early-season test on their hands, facing off against the reigning MLS Cup champions in their place, Lower.com Field.

The Crew have only lost one of its last 31 home matches in all competitions dating back to August 2022 (19-1-8).

Game Winners

Lewis Morgan has scored in back-to-back matches, both being game-winning goals in 2-1 victories. Morgan has now scored 20 goals for RBNY across all competitions.

In 2022, Morgan scored a club-high 14 goals in the regular season, which is the most by a midfielder in franchise history.

7 Points

New York and Columbus sit atop the Eastern Conference with seven points each, 2-0-1 records for both. The Red Bulls are currently on a six-match regular season road unbeaten streak, which is the fourth-longest in franchise history.

The season start is tied for the best in New York’s club history -- and with a win, it would continue to be tied for the best start by New York.
