Goalkeeper Luis Robles will serve as the New York Red Bulls captain on Saturday against Real Salt Lake, Head Coach Jesse Marsch said.
Sacha Kljestan is currently away from the club, playing with the U.S. Men’s National Team.
Robles set a league record for most consecutive appearances last time out, and he continues to set the consecutive league start record with each game.
Robles joined New York in 2012 and has started every league match for them since September 29, 2012
