HARRISON, N.J. (May 16, 2021) – New York Red Bulls II will play their first road match of the 2021 season against Loudoun United FC at Segra Field on Tuesday, May 18. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET with coverage available on ESPN+.
NYRB II most recently dropped a 1-0 decision to Miami FC on Friday, May 14. Goalkeeper AJ Marcucci made his professional debut in the match, recording five saves.
NYRB II hold a 1-3-0 record against Loudoun United FC. They won the most recent meeting on August 29, 2020, 3-2. Forward Jake Lacava recorded his first professional brace in the win, while current New York Red Bulls midfielder Caden Clark scored the game-winning goal. Â
This match will mark Loudoun United FC’s second match of the season. Loudoun suffered a loss in their first match against Miami FC on Sunday, May 2. Â
Following Tuesday’s match, NYRB II will travel to face Charleston Battery on Sunday, May 23, with kickoff set for 2 PM ET.
