HARRISON, N.J. (May 16, 2021) – New York Red Bulls II will play their first road match of the 2021 season against Loudoun United FC at Segra Field on Tuesday, May 18. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET with coverage available on ESPN+.
NYRB II most recently dropped a 1-0 decision to Miami FC on Friday, May 14. Goalkeeper AJ Marcucci made his professional debut in the match, recording five saves.
NYRB II hold a 1-3-0 record against Loudoun United FC. They won the most recent meeting on August 29, 2020, 3-2. Forward Jake Lacava recorded his first professional brace in the win, while current New York Red Bulls midfielder Caden Clark scored the game-winning goal.
This match will mark Loudoun United FC’s second match of the season. Loudoun suffered a loss in their first match against Miami FC on Sunday, May 2.
Following Tuesday’s match, NYRB II will travel to face Charleston Battery on Sunday, May 23, with kickoff set for 2 PM ET.
