HARRISON, N.J. (August 16, 2022) –The New York Red Bulls (10-8-7, 37 pts.) will head to Mercedes-Benz Stadium for a midweek matchup against Atlanta United FC (7-9-8, 29 pts.) on Wednesday, August 17. Coverage on MSG begins at 7 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.

Atlanta United enter the match in 13th place in the Eastern Conference and are unbeaten in their last three MLS regular season matches.
The last time out against Atlanta United FC, New York earned a 2-1 comeback win on June 30, where forward Serge Ngoma scored the game-winner in the 89th minute and became the third youngest goal scorer in franchise history. Midfielder Lewis Morgan scored the equalizing goal on a penalty kick in the 83rd minute and has scored all five attempts at the spot he has had this season. Morgan has recorded four goals and two assists in his career against Atlanta United FC.
