The New York Red Bulls (11-10-6, 39 pts.) head to Bank of America Stadium on Sunday, August 24 to take on Charlotte FC (14-11-2, 44 pts.).

Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET with coverage on MLS Season Pass on Apple TV in English and Spanish, and New York Red Bulls Radio presented by Sports Illustrated in English via the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.

This will be the eighth overall regular season meeting between the Red Bulls and Charlotte FC, with New York holding the series advantage with a 3-1-3 mark. New York have posted a 3-1-2 mark in their last six matches across all competitions.

The Red Bulls are coming off a 1-0 win over the Philadelphia Union, which saw defender Dylan Nealis scoring his first career MLS goal. Charlotte FC are unbeaten in their last seven MLS regular season matches and have posted a 10-2-1 mark at home this season.

New York Red Bulls forward Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting scored a brace in his first career match against Charlotte FC, when New York defeated them, 4-2, on May 28 at Sports Illustrated Stadium.

Choupo-Moting has scored 15 MLS goals this season, which ranks tied for fourth in MLS. The forward has recorded five goal contributions in his last five MLS appearances.

Following Sunday’s match, New York will host the Columbus Crew on Saturday, August 30 at Sports Illustrated Stadium.
