The New York Red Bulls (4-1-2, 14 pts.) host Chicago Fire FC (2-3-2, 8 pts.) on Saturday, April 13 at Red Bull Arena for the club’s 10th annual Autism Acceptance match presented by Hackensack Meridian Health. Callum Williams will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Calen Carr on the English side, while Diego Pessolano will have the play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Daniel Chapela on the Spanish side. This will be the 62nd overall regular season meeting between New York and Chicago, with the Fire holding the advantage in the series with a 29-19-13 mark, while the Red Bulls have posted an 8-5-2 mark when playing Chicago at Red Bull Arena. New York enter the match with a five-match home unbeaten streak across all competitions and in their last three regular season home matches, they have outscored their opponents, 9-1, in those three victories. Lewis Morgan, who tied for the MLS lead in goals scored with six, has scored four of them at Red Bull Arena and has one- career goal against the Fire. New York currently sits in first in the Eastern Conference after defeating FC Cincinnati, 2-1, on Saturday, April 6.

Forward Dante Vanzeir was named to the MLS Team of the Matchday for his performance against FC Cincinnati. Vanzeir recorded his sixth assist of the season, which leads MLS, and scored his first goal of the season. The Belgian international ranks fifth in MLS in goal contributions with seven only behind Luis Suarez, Lionel Messi, Chicho Arango, and Morgan.
