HARRISON, N.J. (May 20, 2022) –The New York Red Bulls (5-2-5, 20 pts.) travel to South Florida to battle Inter Miami CF (3-6-3, 12 pts.) on Sunday, May 22 at DRV PNK Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. ET with coverage on MSG+, MSG GO, and New York Red Bulls Radio in English and Spanish via TuneIn, the New York Red Bulls app and NewYorkRedBulls.com.

Coverage on MSG begins at 5:30 p.m. ET with the Red Bulls Pregame show. Steve Cangialosi will have the primary play-by-play responsibilities and will be alongside Shep Messing and Michelle Gingras.

New York Red Bulls Radio begins at 5 p.m. ET with Countdown to Kickoff, presented by Honda, hosted by Matt Harmon and Steve Jolley. Stefano Fusaro will carry the Spanish play-by-play responsibilities, beginning at 5:30 p.m. ET.

This will be the fifth overall regular season meeting between New York and Miami, with the Red Bulls holding the advantage in the series with a 3-1-0 mark. The Red Bulls are unbeaten on the road this season across all competitions with a 7-0-1 mark, including 5-0-1 on the road in MLS action. Inter Miami CF are currently on a four-match winless streak and are coming off a 0-0 draw against Philadelphia Union on Wednesday, May 18.

New York are currently unbeaten on the road in MLS action over their last seven matches, which dates back to November 7, 2021. The seven-match road unbeaten streak is the tied for the second longest in franchise history, which occurred during the 2005 season. The Red Bulls have scored 14 goals on the road this season, which ranks tied for first in MLS this season.

Red Bulls midfielder Omir Fernandez tallied two assists in New York’s 3-3 tie against Chicago Fire FC on Wednesday. This was the first multi-assist match of his career and currently ranks tied for second in MLS this season in assists with six. Fernandez has posted two goals and one assist in his career against Inter Miami CF, including goal in the Red Bulls 4-0 win against Miami at DRV PNK Stadium on September 17. Since that match, New York has posted a 9-1-2 mark on the road, outscoring their opponents, 27-7, in those matches.
