The New York Red Bulls will face the Harrisburg City Islanders in the third round of the 2010 Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup on June 29 at 7 PM. Harrisburg reached this stage after defeating the Long Island Rough Riders, 1-0, earlier tonight in Harrisburg, PA.
The Red Bulls will travel to Harrisburg to take on the City Islanders on Tuesday, June 29 at Skyline Sports Complex at 7:00 PM ET.
The Harrisburg City Islanders entered the tournament in the first round, defeating Brooklyn Italians SC by a 4-2 score to set up the match with Long Island. Former Red Bull goalkeeper Danny Cepero currently plays for the Harrisburg City Islanders. This will be the first time the two teams have squared off in Open Cup action.
