The New York Red Bulls hit the road once again and face Minnesota United FC on Saturday, July 22, at 4 p.m. ET (TV: ESPN, STREAM: WATCH ESPN, RADIO:New York Red Bulls Radio on Tunein).

1: Saturday’s game will be the first matchup in MLS history between the New York Red Bulls and expansion side Minnesota United FC.


1-0-0: Minnesota will be the second expansion team New York has faced this season. On MLS’ opening day, the Red Bulls defeated newcomers Atlanta United FC on the road, 2-1.


4: Daniel Royer has scored in back-to-back matches and in four of the last eight. The Austrian winger continues to flourish in his second season as a Red Bull, as he is second on the squad with seven goals.


5-2: The Red Bulls enters Saturday’s match having won back-to-back road games by a combined score of 5-2. New York has equaled last season’s road win total with three victories this season.


42: Sacha Kljestan recorded assist No. 41 and 42 on Wednesday, which tied Thierry Henry’s club assist record. The Captain will have an opportunity to break the record against Minnesota.
