Paraguay Calls Up Kaku for Upcoming World Cup Qualifiers

Kaku Cincy

Kaku, who last weekend entered the top-10 all-time assists list after grabbing two assists against D.C. United, will once again join Paraguay’s National Team, as it prepares to play against Perú and Venezuela in October.

New York’s No. 10 is one of 37 players playing abroad that Eduardo “Toto” Berizzo announced Friday afternoon.

Kaku made his Paraguay senior debut against Japan on June 12, 2018.

So far this season, the midfielder has played 734 minutes, grabbing three assists and scoring one goal.
