OVERVIEW
RDS Futsal Clinics deliver an elite, futsal-specific training experience for competitive players ages 7–14. Hosted at premium indoor venues across New York and New Jersey, each season runs six to eight weeks and is accessible by tryout. Futsal-qualified Red Bulls coaches lead every session, delivering a curriculum designed specifically around the demands and opportunities of the futsal environment.
Futsal is one of the most effective development tools in the world game and is part of the Red Bulls player development framework. Players who complete RDS Futsal training return to outdoor soccer with sharper instincts, more confident touch, and a higher ceiling for technical performance.
WHAT IS FUTSAL?
Futsal is a small-sided indoor soccer game played on a hard court with a smaller, low-bounce ball. Played at high speed, in tight spaces, and with constant demand for decision-making and ball control, futsal places intense technical demands on every player, every minute. It builds quick reflexes, precise passing, creative 1v1 play, and the kind of close-control confidence that directly elevates a player's outdoor performance.
