OVERVIEW

The Red Bulls Regional Development School (RDS) is the gold standard for youth soccer development in the New York metropolitan area. As the first MLS club to establish a satellite-based, development system, Red Bull New York has built a development pathway that is intentional, structured, and proven — from summer camps and clinics through RDS, and all the way to the Red Bulls Academy and professional teams.

The results speak for themselves. Red Bulls II captured the MLS NEXT Pro Cup featuring players who began their soccer journeys in Red Bulls Regional Development Schools and Youth Camps. More than 95% of Academy players have progressed through RDS. Every step of this pathway is purposefully designed to develop confident, creative, and technically skilled players — and to support their growth at every stage.

Players are first introduced to Red Bulls methodology through camps and clinics.
