WINTER SHOWCASE TEAMS
Winter RDS Showcase Teams are formed each fall from the top-performing players identified across all RDS fall programs. Teams compete in one indoor tournament — typically held between January and March — and disband upon its completion, ensuring no conflict with players' existing team commitments.
Winter Showcase Program Includes:
- One training session prior to tournament
- One full-day indoor tournament (January to March)
- Full RDS Showcase Tournament Team uniform (additional fee)
- Teams disband after tournament to prevent conflict with players' regular team commitments
- Cost: approximately $200
Players who have been identified as potential candidates for winter showcase teams are invited to attend a tryout held around mid-September each year.
SUMMER SHOWCASE TEAMS
RDS Summer Showcase Teams represent the pinnacle of the RDS competitive program. Selected from the top performers in the winter showcase teams, summer teams train at the Red Bulls Training
Facility and compete in the USL Youth Summer League against the best clubs in the area. This is an exclusive program designed for players ready to take their game to the next level.
Summer Showcase Program Includes:
- Seven weekly training sessions at Red Bulls Training Facility (mid-June through late July)
- Participation in the USL Youth Summer League, consisting of six to eight games
- Depending upon league placement, teams could compete in the USL Youth National Finals in Tampa, Florida in December (additional fee applies).
- Teams disband upon conclusion of the program to prevent conflict with players' travel teams
- Cost: approximately $900
