Red Bull New York and Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) are recognizing the Tri-State area's most dependable, driven and selfless soccer players through the Coach's Choice Award.
The award honors athletes who lead naturally, compete with integrity on and off the field, show up for their teammates and carry a genuine passion for the game. Beyond their performance on the field, these athletes have extraordinary stories that set them apart and merit special recognition.

Once the nomination period closes, the Red Bulls and HSS will select six finalists who best embody the qualities of the Coach's Choice Award. Finalists will then be asked to submit a short video explaining why they should be named the winner and how the grant would benefit their team.Â
Each finalist will receive a $1,000 equipment grant for their soccer program.
Red Bull New York and HSS will review each submission and select one grand prize winner, whose program will receive a $4,500 equipment grant.
HSS, the Official Hospital of Red Bull New York, works year-round to reduce sport-related injuries and improve the athlete experience across the Tri-State area. Together with the Red Bulls, HSS is committed to growing the game and investing in the young players who carry it forward.
