HARRISON, N.J. (April 7, 2017) – New York Red Bulls II travel to Fenton, MO to take on new conference foe, St. Louis FC, in a Saturday night clash at Toyota Stadium. Kickoff is set for 8:30 p.m. ET via the USL #STLvNY Match Center.

This will be the first matchup between the two teams since NYRB II's inaugural year in 2015. St. Louis FC recently moved from into the Eastern Conference from the West due to the addition of multiple expansion sides this offseason and the balancing of conferences.

This will be Red Bulls II’s third game in seven days. They are coming off a 1-0 home loss to Harrisburg City Islanders at Red Bull Arena Wednesday ending their streak of 17 games unbeaten. This comes after opening MSU Soccer Park with a 1-0 win over Richmond Kickers four days previous.

Despite their 1-1-1 record, NYRB II lead the USL in shots taken (44) and passes completed (1440) three games in.

Red Bulls II has started three different keepers in the early-going emphasizing rotation.

St. Louis is coming off a come-from-behind win over new expansion club, Ottawa Fury FC, 3-2, at Toyota Stadium.

In addition, look for former Red Bulls academy product and NYRB II player Konrad Plewa to line up opposite of Red Bulls II. He recently signed with St. Louis FC after being a key contributor with NYRB II in 2016, featuring in 26 games and burying the game-winning PK in Red Bulls II Eastern Conference Semifinals against Rochester Rhinos.

After St. Louis, New York Red Bulls II return home to MSU Soccer Park to take on Orlando City B with kickoff set for 7 p.m. Friday, April 14.
