Red Bulls Release Statement on Reyna

The Red Bulls released the following statement regarding former New York midfielder and U.S. National Team Captain Claudio Reyna.


“We are deeply saddened by the tragic passing of Claudio’s son, Jack,” said New York Red Bulls General Manager and Sporting Director Erik Soler. “The thoughts and prayers of the entire New York Red Bulls organization go out to the Reyna family.


The Red Bulls will be wearing black armbands during the club’s home match Saturday against the Philadelphia Union at Red Bull Arena.

During Saturday's match against Philadelphia, a table will be set up on the concourse at section 127 for anyone wishing to give their support to the Reyna Family.  The Red Bulls will be accepting donations on behalf of the Making Headway Foundation, as per the wishes of Claudio and Danielle Reyna.
