Toronto FC, winners of six in a row, will face off against the New York Red Bulls at Red Bull Arena on Friday, May 19.
Goalkeeper Luis Robles said the team knows itās going to be a ātough taskā to face Toronto.
Update: Toronto will be without Sebastian Giovinco, Nick Hagglund against Red Bulls
āWhen we look at Toronto, we know that weāre going up against a good team,ā Robles said. āBut if we can learn from our mistakes, and come out with the right start, then I donāt care who we play.
āI know that we can play with the best and be one of the best teams in this league,ā he said.
Head Coach Jesse Marsch said Toronto, the best team in the league, are coming in āwith a great team.ā
āThey will be ready to push the game,ā Marsch said āThey will be flying high. Huge challenge.ā
But for Marsch and his team, it wonāt be about who theyāre facing, but about which Red Bull team takes the pitch.
āBut what's the bigger challenge is, this isn't about points and standings right now. It's about identity,ā Marsch said. āIt's about making sure that the belief system of who we are, what we are, what we do, you know, that's -- that's where we're at right now.ā
