Head Coach Michael Bradley will deploy a central midfield of Ronald Donkor, Mohammed Sofo and Adri Mehmeti.
Julian Hall starts up top for New York, with Jorge Ruvalcaba and Cade Cowell on the wings.
The Red Bulls have posted a 1-1-0 mark against Western Conference opponents this season, which includes a win in their lone Western Conference road trip this season against Sporting Kansas City on May 23.Â
Cowell has scored one career goal against Seattle Sounders in his career. Cowell has recorded seven assists this season, which ranks tied for first in the club this year.
The Ceres, California native has also delivered 38 crosses from open play, which ranks sixth in the Eastern Conference this season. Â
Ethan Horvath starts in goal, while a backline of Julian Bazan, Justin Che, Jahkeele Marshall-Rutty and Matthew Dos Santos get the nod for the starting whistle. Che wears the captain’s armband for RBNY.
