Steven Sserwadda Logs 35 Minutes for Uganda in First AFCON Qualifier

New York Red Bulls II midfielder Steven Sserwadda came on as a second half substitute for the Ugandan National Team in its 2023 AFCON Qualifier against Algeria on June 4, playing 35 minutes.

The match marked Sserwaddaā€™s third career appearance with the senior team. In three matches, he has logged 120 minutes, including a start on March 29.

Uganda will continue its AFCON Qualifying on Wednesday, June 8, as it hosts Niger at 9:00 a.m. ET.
